How to rent a villa with Di Bali

Some travelers find the Bali villa rental process confusing with so many rental villas on offer, when it is anything but! We can answer some of your most frequently asked questions and concerns about renting villas in Bali, from how to find the perfect villa rental to the amenities you can expect every Bali villa for rent to have.

1. Browse our Di Bali website and choose in your favorite Bali villa for rent. Once you’ve selected a list of desirable Bali villas to rent, they will appear in your ‘Inquiry List’.
2. Submit this to us and we will check availability against your requested dates. If your first choice rental villa is not available we will always offer another stunning Bali rental within your budget nearby. It’s important to us at Di Bali to answer all rental inquiries promptly so expect to hear from us within 24 hours of your inquiry.
3. Or call our office line and let one of our Di Bali villa rental specialists help you with your selection.
4. Your Di Bali villa rental specialist will then review availability and tailor your trip to your specific requirements.
5. Once you’re completely satisfied with your Bali itinerary, your rental contract is then issued and we will request a deposit to secure your chosen villa, since Bali villa rentals operate on a first come first served basis. We will secure the villa for you with a 50% deposit via bank transfer (please see our terms and conditions). 50% balance is then required xx number of days before arrival.
6. Di Bali concierge service will then assist with any prior arrangement requests such as car hire, babysitter service, personal Bali tour guide etc.
7. A final villa rental document is presented to you prior to arrival with all contact information and arrangements
8. On your arrival in Bali your Di Bali concierge is on hand to assist with all your holiday requirements. Once you’ve settled into Bali time, we’ll pop by your home rental and make sure you’re enjoying every minute of your Bali vacation.
