The most important considerations when buying Bali land are the Hak or Rights of Ownership, Use and Rent.

All sales of Bali land rights must be via deeds executed before a land deed official at the local office of the PPAT where the Bali land for sale is located and must be registered in the Bali office of the National Land Agency.
